The specific process of fire engineering acceptance has the following six points

The first step is to prepare before acceptance declaration

After the completion of the construction project, the construction unit shall organize the design unit, the construction unit and the supervision unit to carry out self-acceptance after the construction, commissioning and testing of the fire system facilities are qualified. After the self-acceptance is qualified, the acceptance personnel of each unit shall sign the acceptance. Each acceptance unit shall confirm the acceptance conclusion and affix the official seal of the unit for the application of fire acceptance;

The second step, construction project fire acceptance declaration

After passing the acceptance by itself, the construction unit can declare the fire protection acceptance of the project to the fire protection window of the local government service center and provide the following information:

1. Construction project fire acceptance declaration form;

2. A copy of the business license of the construction unit;

3. A copy of the qualification certificate of the fire construction unit;

4, the applicant's power of attorney and ID card copy;

5. Inspection report of fire-fighting facilities;

6, the project completion acceptance report (self-acceptance report) to the fire window to declare, after the materials are complete, the fire window to accept and issue a notice of acceptance;

The third step, the fire department to the site for acceptance

After the acceptance of the fire protection window, it will go to the project site for acceptance and issue acceptance opinions within 10 working days. The main contents of the fire protection agency's on-site acceptance are as follows:

1. Acceptance around the building, mainly including fire lane, operating surface of climbing vehicle, fire distance, outdoor fire water supply, etc;

2. Acceptance of construction specialty mainly includes fire resistance rating, evacuation stairs, evacuation distance, fire prevention partition, smoke prevention partition, fire prevention partition, use of decoration materials, etc;

3. Acceptance of fire-fighting facilities, mainly including indoor fire hydrant, automatic fire alarm, automatic sprinkler system, emergency lighting system, smoke control system, gas fire extinguishing system, leakage fire monitoring system, fire door monitoring system and other fire-fighting facilities;

4. Organize the acceptance results, make a comprehensive judgment according to the acceptance judgment rules, feed back the problems found in the acceptance to the construction unit, and urge the construction unit to make rectification;

The fourth step is to rectify the problems raised.

After receiving the acceptance and rectification opinions from the fire control institution, the construction unit shall convene the design unit, supervision unit and construction unit to analyze the existing problems, and propose rectification measures and rectification responsible persons. After the rectification, the problems raised in the acceptance shall be clarified one by one, and a written report shall be formed, which shall be submitted to the fire control institution to apply for re-inspection of the project;

The fifth step, the fire agency re-inspection

After receiving the application for re-inspection from the construction unit, the fire department will organize the acceptance personnel to check the problems raised in the first acceptance one by one, and then comprehensively evaluate the conclusion of the acceptance of the building according to the GA836-2016 of the Rules for the Evaluation of Fire Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects. The conclusion is divided into qualified and unqualified. If the acceptance conclusion of the construction project meets the following two conditions, it shall be comprehensively assessed as qualified for fire control acceptance; Otherwise, it is comprehensively determined as unqualified fire control acceptance: a) the data review of fire control acceptance declaration of construction project is determined as qualified; B) all individual acceptance of construction projects are assessed as qualified.

Step 6, issue a qualified acceptance opinion.

After the acceptance is completed, the fire protection agency will issue a construction project fire protection acceptance opinion to the construction unit. If the acceptance is comprehensively determined to be qualified, the acceptance opinion will be issued. If the acceptance is comprehensively determined to be unqualified, the acceptance opinion will be issued and the construction unit will be informed of the relief channels and requirements not to be put into use.
