What processes are included in the fire engineering project?
The departments mainly involved in a fire protection project are: Party A, construction party, design and supervision department, third-party inspection unit, acceptance department and maintenance department. The main process is divided into: design, construction, commissioning, testing, acceptance, opening, maintenance of several stages.
1. Design
Suppose you want to build a building with supporting fire fighting facilities. Party A is the owner of this building and entrusts the construction party to carry out the construction. Design before construction. Design institute or design for the building design construction drawings, including floor plans, system drawings, construction details, equipment tables, material tables, etc. Also give design instructions, facility schedules, etc.
After the design is completed, the design unit should not only send it to the relevant departments for review, but also make a disclosure with the construction, construction and supervision units to clarify the technical requirements of each fire-fighting facility.
2. Construction
The construction party shall purchase materials according to the design requirements and conduct inspection when the materials enter the site. Each process in the installation process involves hidden items (such as the resistance value of the line in the wall, etc.) before proceeding with the signature of the supervision engineer.
3. Debugging
After the installation, the construction party will ask the factory to send someone to debug the equipment. There are no special requirements for debugging personnel here, so some construction parties will also let experienced workers or foreman to lead the debugging equipment. Debugging records shall be made during debugging.
4. Detection
Testing units are generally carried out by third-party organizations. The main purpose is to conduct a comprehensive inspection of fire-fighting facilities. Generally, the first test will not pass the test, and many rectification opinions will be put forward. After the construction party completes the rectification, the inspection organization will conduct the inspection again, and will issue the inspection qualification report after it is basically qualified (generally there will be deduction items, and full marks are not mandatory). This report can be used to submit acceptance items to the acceptance department (formerly the fire prevention department, which may change in the future).
5. Acceptance
Acceptance is different from testing. The fire prevention, fire prevention facilities, staffing and archives of the whole building will be checked, and qualified opinions will be issued after passing the inspection.
6. Opening inspection
After receiving the qualified submission, Party A can prepare to open the business. However, in order to prevent the opening from being inconsistent with the acceptance status, there will be a process of opening inspection, mainly to check whether the function, structure and facilities of the building have been changed.
7. Maintenance
After opening, we will enter the daily maintenance work. There is a special maintenance company here to carry out maintenance. But in our country are generally entrusted to the property company. However, the employees of the property company seldom understand fire control, resulting in the frequent occurrence of fire control facilities being artificially closed and poor valve maintenance.
